Likewise, if you have your own preferred contractors, we can offer a standalone project management service to ensure your design and build is smooth and stress-free.

As a growing construction business, we strive to ensure our smaller clients get the same meticulous care and quality as our larger projects. Our small works and property maintenance division was born off the back of that promise.
This element of our business focuses on 2 key aspects;
Small works
Our expert team tends to small works and problems within your property. From a leaking tap or broken boiler, we’ll resolve the issue swiftly and to a high-standard.
Property Maintenance
Are you a small business owner, residential landlord or commercial landlord? If so, this service is perfect for you. We provide an initial audit and a comprehensive written report of any works required to ensure your properties are kept to a high standard. After reviewing our findings, you’re then welcome to instruct us to carry out works or plan for future spend.
We also offer a monthly retainer. Our team will be on call to diagnose any issues. We can then provide a quote for any additional works if parts are required.
